TROUBLESHOOTING
My iPad is not connecting to the INSAIT Wi-Fi properly.
The INSAIT KS app reminds me “Master anchor Wi-Fi unstable, please connect again” during an ongoing measurement.
My iPad is malfunctioning, shut down or restarted during an ongoing measurement possibly due to iPad overheating or other issues in the iPad.
In the preview section before starting a session, I noticed that players (or some of the players) are not displayed in INSAIT KS app.
Players or balls disappear in the INSAIT KS app during an ongoing measurement.
Master anchor or anchor(s) turn of automatically.
Server error displayed on anchor / master anchor.
Unable to add / edit / delete players or teams in INSAIT KS app.
The app reminds me "unable to access anchor server" or "unable to connect to devices". But the system has been set up properly, while server, UWB and Wi-Fi appears to be "ready" according to the anchor screen.
