Here is a look at the latest advancements across versions V5.4, V5.3, and V5.2:
V5.4: New Level of Data Tracking
The biggest news is a significant upgrade to our core tracking capabilities. We’ve expanded our analysis! The INSAIT JOY Smart Shin Guards now track 18 performance parameters (up from 16).
The key additions, requested by many of our users, are:
- Left Foot Ball Touches
- Right Foot Ball Touches
Why These New Parameters Matter
These two new parameters are a crucial upgrade to the Balance category of data. While our existing metric, the Left Foot & Right Foot Ratio, showed the percentage of usage, these new parameters provide the concrete number of touches for each foot.
This data allows players and coaches to:
- Objectively Measure Foot Dominance: Quickly identify the player's primary working foot and measure the development gap between the two.
- Target Technical Improvement: For players, seeing the exact number of touches provides a clear, actionable goal to increase the use of their weaker foot in training.
- Enhance Coach Analysis: Coaches gain a deeper understanding of technical habits during matches and drills, informing personalized training plans.
We are also happy to confirm that these two new data points will be integrated into the team analysis content in a subsequent version update of the INSAIT JOY Team app, benefiting team performance reviews.
V5.3: Seamless Multi-Account Management
This critical update addresses a highly-requested feature, especially from parents with multiple young players.
You can now easily create and manage multiple player profiles from a single phone. This feature eliminates the hassle of constantly logging in and out to check different player accounts.
- Ideal for Parents and Coaches: Track each child's progress, data trends, and development from one consolidated view.
- Future-Proof: This laid the groundwork for future features designed to simplify multi-player management, and we welcome further suggestions from parents on how to make this experience even better.
V5.2: Now Available in German
We are thrilled to expand our global reach! The INSAIT JOY app now supports the German language, making our advanced tracking technology accessible to more users across Europe.
